Coh-Rooms
Every bedroom has a spectacular view over Auckland City and the harbour. Coh bedrooms are compact yet set up with everything you need including a long double bed, wardrobe, full length mirror, black out blinds and wall heater. The rooms are well insulated, with double glazed windows keeping your nest extremely quiet, cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Coh-Spaces
The entire ground floor is a shared space with a range of versatile areas. The rumpus room with table tennis, casual tables and large screen TV is perfect for catching the big game! The movie room with its plush leather recliners offers an elegant, cozy feel with Sky and Netflix available. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to make mealtimes and socialising effortless. There is secure bike and scooter storage which allows tenants to get around town faster if needed.
