The Coh is a beautifully designed 22 bedroom apartment with private rooms and elegant shared spaces. It offers a perfect accommodation solution for young professionals or post grad students needing a place to live for 3 or more months. We’re all about bringing like-minded people together in a comfortable, safe and clean living space with the accent on fun and an instant network of friends.

Hands down the best place to stay! When I first arrived in New Zealand, I stayed here and everyone was incredibly friendly, making sure I felt right at home. Ben, the owner, was amazing and ensured everything was perfect. The place is also spotless. A special shout-out to Adi, who is super helpful if you need anything 💯✨. Highly recommend the Coh to anyone! you will feel comfortable here as well, rest assured.
