I found my stay at The Coh to have greatly exceeded all expectations, and as an international student, found immense comfort and burdens relieved with all the care and services provided by the team at The Coh. The location is exceptionally close to campus, let alone downtown/CBD and public transit. I was worried about the dorm-style accomodations and shared spaces but I never had any problems. The amenities are quite plentiful that helped me find comfort during busy school weeks. The people I have met at The Coh have been nothing short of exceptional, and the social events are a fun touch, which builds this nice family vibe. Im glad I choose The Coh over the University Dorms or any other place. The Coh has unbeatable value and I'll definitely be returning in future semesters.

Living at The Coh has been a truly wonderful experience. The facilities are excellent, and the location is perfect—strategically close to Auckland’s CBD, which makes everyday life so much easier.
The host has also been exceptional: always attentive to cleanliness, everyone’s wellbeing, and creating a comfortable environment for all residents. They also organize events that genuinely encourage connection and make it easy to share and engage with others.
I’m leaving with a very positive feeling and completely satisfied with my stay. The Coh is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and well-managed living experience.

Coh is the perfect place to stay! I planned to stay for 2 months but was having such a good time that I extended it for a couple of weeks. You have your own room, and enough bathrooms that I never had to wait. Great communal area, tables and couches, kitchen has all that you need. You will have allocated fridge and cupboard space. There is freezer space too.

Very comfortable bed with a heater for the Winter months. The best part is the 'cinema' room, we watched films most nights. There is a Sky box with lots of channels or we would often connect our laptops to the projector.

Very clean and modern accommodation, and very well located close to the centre. If I'm ever back in Auckand the Coh will be my first place to check out for accommodation.

I had such a great experience staying at the coh! It’s super fun, social, and has a really welcoming vibe, perfect if you’re new to the city and love meeting new people. The shared spaces make it easy to connect. I loved movie nights in the cinema room, or chatting away in the kitchen to others while making dinner.

The facilities are always well maintained and have a very modern and cosy vibe. Ben, the owner, is amazing, really attentive and genuinely cares about making sure everyone feels comfortable and included. He also provides/cooks the best roast dinner once a month for everyone!

I highly recommend the COH for anyone looking for a great central place to stay in Auckland! Looking forward to my next trip back!

Had the best time living at The Coh. Met some great people while there. Centrally located and was easy walks to the uni. Place is maintained really well and clean.
Would definitely come back to stay here when travelling solo.

Hands down the best place to stay! When I first arrived in New Zealand, I stayed here and everyone was incredibly friendly, making sure I felt right at home. Ben, the owner, was amazing and ensured everything was perfect. The place is also spotless. A special shout-out to Adi, who is super helpful if you need anything 💯✨. Highly recommend the Coh to anyone! you will feel comfortable here as well, rest assured.
