Stupid motel got my breakfast order wrong. And to make things worse they spilt the wrong order all over me! And made ME clean it up! Worse motel ever!

I had such a great stay at The Coh!! The place is spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained, one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into keeping everything tidy and comfortable for everyone.
The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, easy to get to meet other people. The views are beautiful and add something really special to the experience.
Ben, the host, was also amazing, always kind, approachable, and happy to help with anything we needed.
I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a super clean, relaxed, and friendly co-living environment!!

Amazing shared living space in Auckland. The Coh has a really great atmosphere and it’s super easy to meet people from all over the world. The place feels modern, clean, and well designed for community living. The common areas are great for hanging out, working, or just relaxing. It’s the perfect mix between having your own space and enjoying a social environment. One of the best shared living experiences I’ve had — highly recommend staying here if you’re in Auckland!!!

I had a great stay at this place. The location was convenient and check-in was smooth. The host was friendly and the commond area was clean. One of the best parts of staying here was meeting many intersting people and make new friends.

Great place to stay for work & play! The only thing is the street noise can be quite bad, note for light sleepers.

I found my stay at The Coh to have greatly exceeded all expectations, and as an international student, found immense comfort and burdens relieved with all the care and services provided by the team at The Coh. The location is exceptionally close to campus, let alone downtown/CBD and public transit. I was worried about the dorm-style accomodations and shared spaces but I never had any problems. The amenities are quite plentiful that helped me find comfort during busy school weeks. The people I have met at The Coh have been nothing short of exceptional, and the social events are a fun touch, which builds this nice family vibe. Im glad I choose The Coh over the University Dorms or any other place. The Coh has unbeatable value and I'll definitely be returning in future semesters.

Living at The Coh has been a truly wonderful experience. The facilities are excellent, and the location is perfect—strategically close to Auckland’s CBD, which makes everyday life so much easier.
The host has also been exceptional: always attentive to cleanliness, everyone’s wellbeing, and creating a comfortable environment for all residents. They also organize events that genuinely encourage connection and make it easy to share and engage with others.
I’m leaving with a very positive feeling and completely satisfied with my stay. The Coh is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and well-managed living experience.
